Pharmacy ships all merchandise via United Parcel
Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) depending
on your choice of shipping method. All in-stock
orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving
the order and a signature is required for all deliveries. Should an item be out of stock, you
will be notified immediately with options on
how we should proceed. Please
be sure to double-check your email address and phone number before
submitting your order so that we can correspond
correctly with you.
We regret any inconvenience, but The following items are non-returnable
because of health code laws, regulations and restrictions:
Over The Counter medications.
Certain Surgical products such as ankle, knee, wrist and elbow braces, support stockings, abdominal bindings, etc...
Personal Hair care products (such as brushes and combs.)
Blood Glucose Machines and related products.
Breast pump accessories
Certain medical devices - inquire for specifics.
All other non-medical items are returnable within 10 days with a receipt, however restrictions may apply:
Item(s) must be in original packaging with all accessories.
Boxes and Packaging may not be ripped or damaged.
We will accept any item for return that was received damaged or defective.
We will accept any item for return that was shipped in error on our behalf.
All unauthorized returns will be refused.
We cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items to determine if they will qualify for credit.
NOTE: If you do receive an item that is damaged, either we can ship you a replacement item as soon as we receive the damaged item back or you may pay for another item and we will credit you when we receive the returned item.
