Goldberger's Pharmacy ships all merchandise via United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) or DHL depending on your choice of shipping method. All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified immediately with options on how we should proceed. Please be sure to double-check your email address before submitting your order so that we can correspond correctly with you.

• Item(s) must be in original packaging with all accessories.
  Boxes and packaging may not be ripped or damaged,
  
• We will accept any item that was was received damaged or defective,
  
• We will accept any item that was shipped in error on our behalf.

All unauthorized returns will be refused. We also have the right to inspect all returned items prior to determining if they will qualify for credit.

If you do receive an item that is damaged, either we can ship you a replacement item as soon as we receive the damaged item back or you may pay for another item and we will credit you when we receive the returned item.
